When the passenger has sufficient dollars accrued they can use this for a complimentary transfer. Due to the precise nature of scheduling, it may not be plausible to wait for passengers who are not present at the designated pick up time such passengers will be required to call Conxion and book on a later service. If a later service is not available, passengers are required to make their own travel arrangements at their own expense. Upon boarding, coach drivers will issue passengers with a return ticket including available return pickup times. You are required to book your airport transfers at time of booking a Rio Pass, though you are not needed to book all attraction transfers at time of booking a Rio Pass. The Rio Pass is not transferable however, transfers are flexible and have the facility to reboot transfers to another day if necessary.
