As at December 2013, one and a half hours $100, one hour $70, half hour session $35, 2 hours $135. I look forward to working with you. Loyal customers benefit from a "Reward Session" after every 10 complete treatments. If you choose to have a set of treatments, it will then be up to you and your evaluation of the improvement in your body as to how often you would like to come, some of my clients like to see me once every 6 months, some come once a year for 3 consecutive treatments, others come weekly or fortnightly or monthly - it depends on you and how much maintenance you need or want. Depending on the individual, sometimes the most gentle of treatments gives the best result, although I find most enjoy a good pressure so they feel "something is being done". I have been trained to be sensitive to the individual's level of comfort, as any tensing of the muscles through strain or pain defeats the purpose of the therapy, to improve circulation and to relax. The Reflexology I practice is not like the Reflexology in Singapore, which can be quite painful. Six consecutive sessions is recommended no further than one week apart so the momentum of improvement is not lost, however many experience great improvement in 3 sessions or less, depending on how chronic the problem is and the response of the individual. So if you have a condition that is not healing as fast as it should, stimulating the immune system, or simply give your body a "tune up", have greater flexibility, have less pain, reflexology can be a wonderful relaxing solution for you. If you would like to be taking less medication, or you simply would like it to be better sooner, come and have a session. Reflexology on its own has proven to speed the healing of just about any condition of the body, even broken bones can heal 1/3 faster. Depending on individual needs 1 or all of the modalities I use may be used on 1 session, to give a comprehensive effective therapy tailored to you. I have experienced wonderful results working with many musculo-skeletal problems, with diabetes resulting in a reduction in the amount of insulin needed and a balancing of moods, with trigeminal neuralgia leading to a total reduction in the use of all pain killers and therefore also their increasing side effects, etc. I enjoy what I do as I get a real buzz out of people leaving my clinic in a much improved state of body and mind.
