I am a massage and bodywork specialist. One of the greatest lessons I have learned is about my own need for self-care, and through my gifts I am here to be of service to you to assist you in this for yourself so that you may flourish in your life. This is begun by creating balance and harmony in your physical body and working with your own energy and it’s flow; and creating the space for you to connect with yourself so that you start to listen to within – to make your decisions to lead a fulfilling life. My wholistic approach to massage creates the opportunity for healing and change in every area of your life.
