Kha have an in-house team of 12 town planners and 5 surveyors with a wide range of experience and comprehensive expertise in local government. With over 35 years of industry experience, surveying, offering expertise in all facets of town planning, kha development managers (formerly ken hicks & associates) is comprised of a team of client focused professionals, project management and court appeals. These offices provide services to all of queensland.
Andrew is adept in the facilitation and strategic planning of major projects. We deliver town planning, surveying, urban design, landscape architecture, project management, liquor licensing and marine structure services for property developers, individuals and businesses. We strive to deliver excellent built form outcomes in a manner that is efficient, skilled, professional and integrated. Peter has extensive planning experience through involvement in a wide range of master planning and urban design projects across the State. Kari is an industry expert in town planning, specializing in residential and tourism projects. Scott is a development industry expert and brings more than 20 years of experience to Project Urban. He is a specialist project manager and successfully leads diverse project teams.He provides cherished insight from inception to approval, value adding to projects and development approvals. Glen specialisms in major commercial and residential projects and has obtained approvals for many of the country’s top listed companies. He brings more than 30 years of planning and engineering experience to Project Urban, from both government and private practice. He also specialisms in all subdivision matters, from 1 into 2 lots, to major urban communities. He has over fourteen years planning experience, including five years in local government development assessment. John is experienced in a variety of applications, including urban and rural land subdivision and change of use (including residential, commercial and industrial land uses). Josef has almost 30 years of experience as a surveyor, 17 of them as a survey manager. Josef has worked primarily in the private sector but also has experience working with State government agencies. He has special leadership skills, provides excellent advice on survey and titling strategy and has distinguished attention to detail. His experience covers cad astral and engineering surveys mining and petroleum well lease surveys and photogrammetric handle surveys. Goff’s cad astral experience includes rural and residential subdivisions, identification, easement and road resumption surveys as well as building format and lease surveys. Carl is a Registered Landscape Architect with over 16 years’ experience, primarily in private practice where he has provided design expertise, strategy input and project management on some of southeast Queensland’s most prestigious developments. He is a proficient project manager with excellent communication, programming, budgeting and forecasting skills. Carl is also an particular business manager with powerful leadership skills within his team, creating professional, outcome aspiring solutions with outstanding attention to detail. Jason has more than 6 years’ experience as a consulting Landscape Architect, plus nearly 3 years active in the landscape construction. Amanda has over 20 years’ experience as a development town planner in both private practice and local government. She has managed multidisciplinary projects that needed negotiation, decision making and project management skills to deliver balanced and informed outcomes.
