I pull from many different modalities, some things have just come to me. Each person I work with is treated with what they require at that time. Twenty years on, and many modalities under my belt, I have developed my own style of working with energy. It's my interest and work with energy that has brought me to this point in my life. This has led to an insatiable interest in health and well-being, and ultimately an interest in energy, psychology, the brain and its workings, the body, its effect and how we can utilise this amazing resource.
