I didn't expect to find a career as a wedding celebrant but I fell in love with the romance and magic behind every couple's journey and it's very much a privilege to be able to convey this in a unique and special way on your wedding day. With my experience in the media, public speaking and a marketing degree, I find this a perfect match to my personality and skills. I married my best friend Luke in 2009, which was the start of my new life. I was fortunate to achieve all of my goals and aspirations as an athlete and after 10 years of hard training, gruelling competition and this fast-paced lifestyle I decided it was time for a change. Travelling Australia and the World for competitions has provided me with some great life experiences, timeless memories and wonderful friendships. Growing up on the beach lead me to the sport of Surf Lifesaving, and ultimately the life of a full time athlete. I particularly love the Sunshine Coast lifestyle and you can usually find me not far from my favourite beach, Alexandra Headland.
